The College treats each incident on a case-by-case basis. A student who wilfully damages another student’s iPad is liable for the full repair/replacement costs and the situation handled under the College behaviour management policy. If an incident is deemed “accidental damage” once investigated by the College, the case will be looked at from a parent insurance perspective for repair/replacement purposes. The College strongly recommends parents invest in AppleCare+ for this reason which covers up to two incidents of accidental damage.
